Stephen began his marketing career in London with the interior design manufacturer, Zoffany, before moving to Cambridge as UK Marketing Manager for consumer software publisher Expert Software and then scientific software company MathWorks.

He jointly founded the innovative b2b telemarketing start-up Blue Donkey as Marketing Director. He went on to act as Marketing Consultant for fast-growing web solution specialists Chameleon Net and leading fine art greeting card publisher Woodmansterne Publications. For three years he was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Woodmansterne, before leaving to set up Actual Marketing Ltd.

Stephen is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and holds the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM).
