We place your vacancy on up to 60 of the UK's leading online job boards, receiving and filtering CVs for a whole month and proactively searching through major online CV databases to identify suitable candidates.
During this period we monitor the quality and quantity of applications for the position, making revisions to the vacancy details if necessary to improve the flow of candidates.
We don't hold databases of jobseekers, but we gather a new pool of candidates who have specifically applied for the position with your company. These candidates are yours exclusively until the end of the assignment.
