| Once
a candidate has been telephone interviewed and is recommended for
the position, Actual Resourcing will arrange for
an interview to be conducted by the client in person.
Working with the candidate and the interviewing team we find a
suitable time and date for the parties to meet. Often the client
will allocate blocks of time for conducting interviews, enabling
us to book candidates in succession.
When the interview has been scheduled we send confirmation to the
candidate, with the address and format of the interview.
We confirm the interview schedule with the client and send each
candidate’s CV with a copy of our telephone notes.
For an extra charge, we can also arrange an online psychometric
test providing additional insight on the candidate.
