We understand that there are factors other than salary that candidates consider when they are offered a position. By combining our knowledge of the candidate from the telephone interview stage with our understanding of the positive aspects of the role on offer, we are able to present the employment package to its best advantage. This is particularly useful for our clients when the candidate has received more than one job offer.

Once the candidate has accepted the role we can confirm the terms, conditions, staff benefits and agreed start date with the candidate in writing.

Different organisations have very different needs when it comes to reference checking. Often our clients find they do not have the skills or the time to perform this vital task - but we can help, taking your lead with regards to questions that are asked.
