We listen carefully to the personality that is being projected as the conversation develops, using our discretion to explore areas that may reveal interesting and relevant information for our client. Then, working with the candidate and the interviewing team, we'll find a suitable time and date for interviews with shortlisted candidates, confirming with both parties and providing each with all the information they'll need.
