Our telephone interview scripts are written especially for each vacancy, and you have complete control over the questions we ask. Want to know if they have that all-important professional qualification, or what their favourite colour is? We'll find out for you, when we need to, working flexible hours to accommodate candidates who are only available in the early mornings, late evenings, and at weekends.

We listen carefully to the personality that is being projected as the conversation develops, using our discretion to explore areas that may reveal interesting and relevant information for our client. Then, working with the candidate and the interviewing team, we'll find a suitable time and date for interviews with shortlisted candidates, confirming with both parties and providing each with all the information they'll need.

For an extra charge, we can also arrange an online psychometric test providing additional insight on the candidate.
