suitable candidates are sent through for an interview in person.
Actual Resourcing begins the process by writing
a short telephone script that sets the parameters for the interview
and details the information that must be collected, based on your
job description.
Once a candidate has been identified for telephone interview we
arrange a convenient time for the conversation to take place.
We are able to work flexible hours to accommodate candidates who
are only available in the early mornings, late evenings, and at
weekends.
We listen carefully to the personality that is being projected
as the conversation develops, using our discretion to explore areas
that may reveal interesting and relevant information for our client.
